Funding Process

Grant applications are submitted exclusively online on our website. The application window is open from January 1st to February 28th every year; 29th on leap years. If questions or concerns arise during the review process, we may contact you directly regarding your application. Failure to respond may result in rejection of your application. The Raymus Foundation board convenes in mid-August to determine approvals and funding amounts for all applicants. All approved applicants are contacted via the contact phone number on their original grant application. Instructions will be provided for the receiving of the grant funds and signing of paperwork with the pickup being sometime during the first week of September. An additional email will be sent out in late August thanking all applicants for applying and informing all that all approved applicants have been contacted directly. Grantees will have six months to fully spend the funds and provide a grant report to the Foundation. The report can be submitted on our website via the “GRANT REPORTING” tab.
